Getting help

  • A menu or button is missing. Team secretaries only see their own squads and some jobs are club-admin only — that's by design. If you think you're missing access you should have, contact your club admin.
  • You can't see any of the club's menus at all. Your website account needs to be linked to your squad. Ask your club admin to set your email address as the Team secretary email on your squad (Club Management → Squads, click the squad, then Edit), and to make sure your WordPress account uses that same email.
  • Something in a player's record is wrong. Note it down and send it to your club admin — they can make corrections you can't.
