1. Who can see what

There are two levels of access, both granted to existing WordPress accounts.

Club admins see and can change everything. Add or remove them on Club Management → Settings → Club Admins. Any WordPress administrator is automatically a club admin.

Team secretaries are set per squad: put their email address in the Team secretary field on a squad's detail page, and the WordPress account with that address gains access. A team secretary sees only their own squads and the players in them. They can:

  • view and edit players in their squads
  • add a brand-new player to the system, for a child who turns up before the FA report does
  • email their squads' guardians
  • send and record season registration approvals for their players
  • rename their squads, and hand one over by changing its Team secretary email

They cannot reach Seasons, Settings, Payments, Guardians, Import, or the club-wide email screens.

Everything a team secretary does is scoped to their squads automatically. There is no way for them to email or edit anyone outside those squads, even by hand-editing a link.
