7. FA Registration

Menu: Players → FA Registration

Tracks each player's registration with the FA, per team. A player can be registered to more than one team, so this is a separate list from the player record: one row per FA Number and team.

Each row holds the team, the dates submitted, registered and expiring, and a status. Filter by team, status or search, and edit a row to correct it.

Rows are keyed by FA Number rather than player id, so a registration survives a player being re-imported.
