3. Email your squad's guardians

You can send an email to the parents and carers of the players in your squad — a weekly update, a reminder about kit, a heads-up about a change of venue, and so on.

Opening the email screen

The quickest way is straight from your squad:

  1. Club Management → Squads → Manage (your squad).
  2. Click the Email Guardians button at the top of the Players section — this pre-selects your squad for you.

Or open it from the main menu: Players → Email Guardians.

Writing and sending

  1. Squads — tick your squad. (If you leave everything unticked, it sends to the guardians in all of your squads — never to guardians outside your remit.)
  2. Send to — choose either:
  3. Email all guardians of players on chosen squad(s) — the usual choice, or
  4. Email guardians of selected players only — then tick just the players you mean.
  5. From email — the address replies should come from. Click Use my email to drop your own address in.
  6. Reply-to — leave blank unless you want replies to go somewhere different from the From address.
  7. Subject and Message — type your email. It's plain text, so keep it simple.
  8. Send yourself a test first. The Send test to myself only box is ticked by default — leave it ticked and click Send Email to get a preview in your own inbox. Check it reads well.
  9. When you're happy, untick "Send test to myself only" and click Send Email again to send it for real.

The Recipients panel on the right shows how many guardians will get the email as you change your selection. Each guardian receives their own individual email — nobody sees anyone else's address.
